Fixing of solar cells: During the production process, individual solar cells are fixed in the corresponding position for subsequent welding, lamination and other processes to ensure that the cells are neatly arranged and accurately positioned.
String fixing: After connecting multiple solar cells into strings, the strings are affixed to the backsheets or other support structures of the PV modules with fixing tapes to prevent the strings from shifting or being damaged during transport, installation and use.
PV module edge sealing: used to seal the edge of the solar PV module to prevent water vapour, dust, etc. from entering the interior of the module, and at the same time enhance the overall structural strength of the module to improve its wind resistance and shock resistance.
Fixing of battery box and module: Fix the battery box firmly on the back of the solar module to ensure a tight connection between the battery box and the module and prevent the battery box from loosening or falling off during use.
Fixing the solar panel to the mounting bracket: When installing the solar panel to the roof, ground or other mounting bracket, the use of fixing tape can play an auxiliary role in fixing, so that the connection between the solar panel and the bracket is more stable, and can also play a certain sealing and buffering effect.
